Purchase
Assist eligible NRAS tenants to use their current rent and substantial Government grants and incentives available to purchase their own property. We have direct access to property developers and builders, lenders, lawyers, real estate agents and accountants to assist you in getting started.
New Rantal
Assist NRAS Renters who may not be eligible to purchase their own property at that time and attempt to secure a suitable open market rental for them. We can also develop a mentored home ownership strategy for the renter to purchase their own property eventually.
Support
Assist NRAS Renters who may not be able to purchase their own property or transition into a suitable open market rental. We would do this by connecting them with the appropriate Government and civilian support network relative to their particular situation.
